Een bolvormige lamp van wit polyethyleen met een diameter van 28 cm en een hoogte van 30 cm. De vorm werkt zowel op de grond naast een bank als op een lage kast, en geeft de ruimte een rustig, grafisch element dat ook uit staat nog iets toevoegt.
Het polyethyleen laat licht diffuus door, zodat de hele bol gelijkmatig oplicht in plaats van dat er een enkel helder punt zichtbaar is. Het resultaat is zacht omgevingslicht zonder harde schaduwen, geschikt als avondverlichting of als aanvulling naast een leeslamp.
Het materiaal is glad en gesloten en laat zich met een vochtige doek schoonmaken. Met 1,2 kg is dit armatuur licht genoeg om zonder moeite te verplaatsen, bijvoorbeeld van de woonkamer naar een slaapkamer.
De E27 fitting is geschikt voor lichtbronnen tot 15 W. Het aansluitsnoer is 2 m lang, wat vrijheid geeft bij het kiezen van een plek ten opzichte van het stopcontact.
