TIRDAVO heeft een porseleinen voet met daarop een textielen kap van 30 cm doorsnede. Met 45 cm hoogte en 2 kg gewicht is dit een volwaardig armatuur voor een dressoir, een consoletafel in de hal of een ruime bijzettafel.
De stof dempt het licht en verdeelt het naar boven en naar beneden. Daardoor ontstaat een warme lichtzone rond de lamp in plaats van een felle bundel, wat prettig werkt in een woonkamer of slaapkamer tijdens de avonduren.
Porselein is zwaarder dan metaal en houdt het armatuur stabiel, ook wanneer de kap wat groter uitvalt. Het licht van de lamp laat het witte oppervlak zacht oplichten.
De E27-fitting neemt lampen tot 40 W op. U kiest de lichtbron zelf en bepaalt daarmee of het licht warm en gedempt blijft of neutraler wordt.
