MELKARO is a generously sized chandelier: the fabric shade measures 102 cm in diameter and the fixture is 61 cm high. The frame is made of aluminum, keeping it lightweight relative to its size. The brown fabric gives the whole piece a warm, tranquil tone.

Inside the shade are three E14 light sources. The fabric largely blocks light from the sides, directing the beam primarily downwards and creating a broad, soft circle of light beneath the fixture. This works well above a large dining table or in a seating area where you want a warm, subdued atmosphere. With neutral bulbs, the light becomes brighter, though the fabric shade always maintains its soft character.

Due to its width, this fixture requires space: a large dining table, a meeting room, a lounge, or a hall with sufficient ceiling height. Above a table, it's best to maintain at least 70 cm distance from the tabletop so that the bottom edge of the shade does not obstruct the view. The suspension cable is height-adjustable, allowing you to tailor the lamp to the ceiling height.
