De MONDARO heeft een goudkleurige metalen structuur op drie poten met daarin een gefacetteerde glazen kap. Het geheel blijft met 28 cm hoogte laag genoeg voor een nachtkastje of een dressoir, terwijl de open opbouw het armatuur licht laat ogen.
Het geslepen glas breekt het licht in verschillende richtingen. In plaats van een egale lichtplek ontstaan er kleine reflecties op de wand en het tafelblad, wat vooral bij een gedempt lichtniveau opvalt. Overdag vangt het glas ook daglicht op.
Het metaal is goudkleurig afgewerkt en sluit aan bij interieurs waarin al messing of gepolijst metaal voorkomt. De drie poten geven een geometrische basis die het armatuur van elke kant een andere lijn geeft.
De fitting is E27 en geschikt voor lampen tot 40 W. Het armatuur is bestemd voor gebruik binnenshuis.
